Currently, I think the expectation is that there is a reasonable process first to decide about the increase of the number seats and then choose a new member(s). The previous election was about one member.

It is a straightforward alleviation for an important pain point in the ecosystem. I expect a large marginal benefit going forward. It is also a new and experimental way of using the treasury and helps guiding future endeavors. The administrative structure and the plan in general seem credible.

There is an undoubted need to advance CNT exchange listings. Snek has a solid track record of corresponding activities. The project is expected to pay directly back to the treasury while paving the way for other CNTs as well. The team actively engages with the community.

I interpret the budget info action proposals as an entangled whole and I do not want to break it. That's why I vote in favor.
