Hi there, I'm Viktor, known as The Victor in the on-line side of the world. I live in the UK and in Hungary at the same time, which gives me a unique opportunity to see the world from a special perspective. I've learnt not to rely on a single source of truth, not to be misled. Doing research is a must before forming an opinion, whatever the subject is. I've applied this idea to pretty much all aspects of my life. If someone tells me you're a bad person, I won't take it at face value, but will try to get the full picture before forming my opinion. As you both of you might be good people, even is one of you hurt the other in some way.
Motivations
As a DRep I'll fight against Cardano becoming a system where a closely-knit group of friends benefit the most. Don't get me wrong, I do not think this is the case right now, instead I'm referring to political structures outside of Cardano, that skim the profits produced by the masses, while neglecting their duty to serve them. That's right, many of us need a reminder that politicians were meant to serve us, and not to form a mafia-esque group of "businessman" making out-of-this-world gains, while the rest of us are told to be happy about being allowed to spend most of our life working while just barely getting by. I know, it might appear that Cardano is eons away from becoming a political structure where the above might get to be relevant, but it would be a grave mistake on our part to not pay attention to the political aspect of Cardano in the early stages. Once governance is set in its ways, it gets ever harder to change the fundamentals as time goes on.

- A full stack developer of over 12 years of experience, developing on-line systems and assisting QA automating tests - SPO of Luminapool since the ITN times, before staking became possible on the mainnet - A citizen who is acutely aware of the corruption in the global political sphere and despises it wholeheartedly

I'd love to be able to support this. But no, I wouldn't be able to, not even at a $1 ADA valuation. I know, bit of a chicken and egg problem but... not so much in reality. We should be there, the event is needed, presence is necessary, but this I just can't fathom how would be a definitive turning point - as the latter would be an absolute must to be the case, for me to be able to approve such a withdrawal. Sadly, no.

I appreciate the effort guys but... Aiken already closes the gap, since quite a while. I'm not against the idea o having alternate clients, but we already have a few in advanced stages... in abear market we don't have the loxury to spend on further efforts to spawn yet another one.

The last time I voted Yes for the 350M ADA NCL, noting that I find it too high and that I will support a subsequent proposal for a reduction. I could not however support the 200M ADA NCL, as I found that to be dangerously restrictive, given we cannot be sure where the ADA valuation ends up throughout the year. This 300M NCL however, is something I can get behind. Although valuation risks still cannot be eliminated, I firmly believe a $2 value is the bare minimum that ADA can and will reach, and hold its value above that for a considerable amount of time. Bearing this in mind, +$600M should be plenty for the next 12 months to come.

I'm voting Yes to avoid projects being stalled, however I do believe 350M ADA is just too much. I will support any subsequent changes.
