I get why we want to help out smaller pools, but changing this parameter by itself feels premature. We need to look at the bigger picture, like pledge influence and minPoolMargin before making a move that could shake things up unevenly. Right now, the perks for smaller pools are unclear, but the hit to established pools trying to keep the lights on is real. I'd rather see development and testing of the whole incentive framework before jumping into this reduction."}}
