I would like to see this resubmitted with a narrow scope.  \n\nThis proposal has aspects that help address gaps identified in Cardano's ecosystem. A recent ecosystem audit points to specific things addressed here in OpenZeppelin's proposal.  However, after review, there is some overlap with past ratified proposals with committed spend.
