The work packages focus on event attendance, commissioned reports, specialist groups, and a pilot review program that extend Intersect’s footprint across protocol governance, while related security and workshop functions are already funded elsewhere in its budget.\n\nUnder my rubric, this structure carries higher structural-risk and centralization concerns than I am comfortable supporting, and it does not deliver enough direct, Cardano-facing infrastructure or user benefit to justify another Treasury stream for Intersect and its committees in a tightening NCL environment."}}
