NO. While I support maintaining a Net Change Limit as a fiscal guardrail, I do not support increasing it from 350M ADA to 500M ADA without sufficient evidence. The proposal does not demonstrate that the current limit has become a genuine constraint through quantified funding demand or a pipeline of Treasury Withdrawals that cannot be accommodated. Expanding the spending ceiling by nearly 43% should be justified by measurable ecosystem needs, not by assumptions about future demand or ADA price movements. Increasing the ADA-denominated limit during periods of price weakness could also place additional pressure on Treasury sustainability and set an undesirable precedent. Any future adjustment should be supported by transparent data, impact analysis, and a demonstrated necessity.
