I'm happy to see awareness being raised to incentives and governance participation, although the ask and long-term positive and negative consequences may need deeper research from a usability perspective, both in terms of outcomes and participation in governance. As a User Experience Designer, I focus on the user journey, and adding another incentive model may not be the ultimate solution for governance's pain-points. It's appreciated that the issues are being raised, but a more holistic solution may be more beneficial for all parties involved.

Looks to align with on-chain data and DRep sentiment to reimburse Ikigai due to an early governance bug.

DReps raise concern with the ask for additional ADA for staking rewards, although it's a nominal issue, and the proposer shouldn't be penalized for the rounding error.
