Fight for the Adoption of Cardano Worldwide. Stay True to the Principles of Cardano: Create a revolutionary blockchain that levels the playing field, makes the world fairer and more transparent, and gives everyone more control and ownership over their own life and Assets. Ensure the Core building principles of Cardano are respected: Security, Transparency, Financial Empowerment, Decentralization, and Scalability. Support Dapps and Applications Building on Cardano that have the potential to bring users. Align incentives for the continuous development and improvement of the Cardano Blockchain. Push for better voting systems and a fairer representation of the will of the Community considering not only the tokens you hold but above all the level of effort time and significance Cardano has for you and your life. Push for transparency in Governance, and education for individuals and promote informed voting as much as possible. Support Hardworking Community Members.

Motivations

On Cardano for a few years. Want to make sure the core principles of Cardano such as decentralization, security, scalability, and thorough research are not forgotten Want funds to be distributed in a fair manner. Funding should go to different entities, companies, and individuals, and should promote competitiveness Only, with more competitiveness, and a bigger variety of companies and individuals working on Cardano, will we be able to create those killer use cases that will bring in the majority of users and adoption I plan to support projects and Teams that are committed to a single vision and a single use case they want to perfect, as those are the ones with the highest potential I aim to support the creation of a more representative system for Governance I want to ensure continuous improvement and development of the Cardano Blockchain. I want to support the Development of Dapps but with accountability on how the funds are used and with clear positive outcomes for Cardano

Qualifications

I've created educational content on Cardano. I've onboarded users on Cardano. I'm Building a Dapp on Cardano I've supported several Projects and Catalyst Proposals for the betterment of Cardano I have knowledge about the inner workings of the Cardano Blockchain. I've developed on Cardano. I've participated in Multiple Governance Ecosystems. I prefer to keep myself anonymous to be able to provide an impartial and unbiased opinion and to avoid any kind of repercussions or undesired pressures and influences If you want an impartial DREP, capable of listening to everyone but creating its own opinions, then I might be the right fit for you If you want to delegate, feel free to guide yourself from the principles I stand for, and for my previous voting actions. Actions and principles are much more valuable than words or reputation, and that is how to do good governance, by supporting good ideas and principles regardless of where they came from.

Cardano needs to invest for growth and adoption. Now is the time to do it, now is the time to compete with other Blockchains to get real-world usecases and onboard millions of users and even more in transactions. The world is opening up to Crypto and is now that we need to invest to get adoption and success, or else we will fall behind. There is no point in having all this money stored, because if we don't attract value, it won't be worth much in the future. On the other hand, if we search to invest now we can bring value, bring transactions, bring crucial usecases for the world that solve big problems which bring value into our Ada economy and will increase the demand and price of ADA. \n\nLet's not be scared, let's be more bold and ambitious, and don't forget that the more transactions we get, the faster we can replenish the treasury. We're not spending money we are actually investing here, so it's more about choosing good high potential proposals, instead of refraining from using the treasury.

NoCardano Constitution to Replace the Interim ConstitutionEpoch 542RationaleEnacted1y ago

I'm concerned about the 1 token 1 vote voting model.

It is not representative of the will of the Community or even representative of the involvement and interest of the individual in the success of Cardano.

It is a flawed model as it was shown in the last round of Project Catalyst, a model that makes it very exclusive for newcomers.

Would prefer a better model, that considers other things such as contribution to Cardano, time spent in Cardano, knowledge on a certain topic, or even the percentage of wealth Cardano represents in the overall wealth of the voter. An algorithm that takes different to make some kind of weight voting.

We need to explore better and fairer models, and the first governance system should already include such fairer models. It shouldn't be biased from the start, as we risk not being able to change it later on.

Additionally and considering this is the voting model we will use from now onwards, I'm extremely concerned about the real possibility, that when we find a better, fairer, and more representative business model, we won't be able to upgrade it as large whales and token holders will likely not be receptive to losing voting power and influence regarding the future of Cardano, especially considering that there are several billion dollars at stake.

From the Content of the Constitution, would like to see clearer boundaries and principles regarding the administration of funds from the budget.

While there are other minor concerns with this Constitution, especially within the lack of a clearer more straightforward mention relative to decentralization and peer review research, it is the flawed voting model that is the major concern.
