This I get behind, open source, decentralized public infrastructure for secure Bitcoin liquidity rails to Cardano, secured by SPOs, by a well known respected team.

Blockfrost is an essential API provider for Cardano. I support this transformation to non-for-profit and the path to sustainability to not depend on the treasury for the free tier for good.

We absolutely need this for Cardano DeFi. The AlphaGrowth team has an excellent track record and I am confident they will execute their palybook on Cardano.

Needed to accomodate AlphaGrowth’s Cardano PRIME with high importance for the ecosystem.

Ticketing is a strong use case for adoption in Cardano. I thus do support this proposal on second look. This is another use case which would benefit from Midnight integration, so I hope to see this project incorporate privacy features for the ticketing system once available through Midnight.

Every blockchain needs at least one open source full node wallet. Deadalus is that wallet for Cardano.

I believe the BTCfi infrastructure package proposed by Sundial and Charms will bring reusable Cardano BTCfi primitives to the Cardano ecosystem and does nicely augment the Pogun initiative and not compete with it.

Whilst ADA is trading very low right now, Strike is a good and strong player in the ecosystem and injecting liquidity will significantly strengthen the liquidity flywheel. We can't all just hold funds and wait for better times. We need activity on chain, I am confident in the team and that this will help, thus I vote YES.

Hydra is our premier L2 scaling solution. Other projects like Gummiworm depend on this. The isomorphic channels of Hydra not only benefit our DApps under major load but also allows offloading costly computations off-chain and only storing the result on the L1.

Yes. I support reimbursing the Ikigai Info Governance Action deposit. The submitter should not be punished for being an early governance pioneer affected by a node bug, and I verified on-chain that the treasury withdrawal recipient matches the original proposal’s return stake credential.

I was torn about this, I have never attended a Rare Event but heard good things about it. They seem to finally have managed to get other ecosystems to join the conference and given the Cardano Summit 2026 proposal failed, I am supporting this so they continue the momentum they gained and to have this year at least one major US (Las Vegas, Rare) and Asian (Singapore Token2049) presence for our ecosystem. We need marketing and this one of the few marketing focused proposals.

Looks interesting, but we already are way too heavy on infrastructure spent in the current proposal lifecycle. While beneficial, this doesn't feel essential to me. Thus for now I vote "NO" on this. This can be revisited in another cycle.

I do see great value in open source sustainability, but given NCL limit and number of concurrent proposals this is not the right time for this. I hope this is resubmitted at another time. For now I have to vote "NO" with a heavy heart.

This has been a tough "YES" vote for me, due to the high cost.
Cardano is build upon strong fundamentals of academic research and we shouldn't stop academic research to further the protocol, just because of a bear market.
The broad area of work around the Cardano Vision 2026 scope Human-centred design, Scalability and Post-quantum security remain important and Cardano should keep at the forefront through best-in-class academic rigour.

Whilst interesting, I believe the demand and use case for an in-browser node is unclear at this time.
Plus with Amaru and Dingo we already have 2 alternative nodes to the core Haskell node for client diversity and given the moving parts in Cardano with Leios and Peras, I don't believe we should onboard a fourth at this time.
Maybe we can revisit this at a later time when the Cardano codebase has stabilized more. Overall, at this time, I vote "NO" on this.

With Midnight using Typescript, I see great value in Cardano also supporting Typescript as a smart contract language option, so developers can tackle both chains with one programming language. This is YES for me.

This team should approach Draper Orion Fund which was recently funded with a large treasure chest. Orion Fund has real world assets as one of their core areas, this proposal could be a good fit for. VC vetting would also help the team to fine tune their proposal. I thus vote NO on the direct treasury withdrawal.

TWEAG is a proven good player in our ecosystem and it does make sense to support another strong independent player next to IOG.
Peras, fast finality is important for Cardano UX itself.
As I am working in IT myself, I can appreciate the argument they need a longer runway as the covered topics such as Peras and History expiry are highly complex and security relevant and you need to keep the expert staff on, or they will be tasked on other projects, and onboarding new members is always very inefficient with lots of knowledge lost.
All deliverables are open source and can be publicly tracked.
Next to Peras, I am really excited about History Expiry which is a great add-on to Leios to cap the growth of required hard disk space for SPOs to help keep up decentralization.
The other areas covered in this proposal do also make sense to me, and will help strengthen the ecosystem.
So, overall I change my stance to YES as this proposal is essential overall on second closer look.

I say YES to the the price delta between ‘Platinum’ (Baseline) and ‘Title’ (Top-Up) tiers.

The additional benefits include a 15-minute mainstage keynote, premium media access (press release inclusion and introductions), expanded branding via lanyards, a high-traffic engagement point through the protein shake station, and a larger booth footprint. All of which will enhance Cardano’s visibility and reach across the event.

This is the first time we combine Cardano Summit with Token2049 in a year with lots of interoperability topics when there is no Token2049 in Dubai which will give Token2049 in Singapore this year extra attention. We should really make a splash on this first entry to get all eyes on Cardano when we are about done with the roadmap, so this extra expenditure seems a steal to me for what we are getting.

Can you imagine the effect of the Cardano Summit and Token2049 combined together this year? To have a a large portion of the 1,200 expected Cardano native attendees of the Cardano Summit 2026 move over energized to Token2049 to a large Cardano presence there with 25.000 other people from many other ecosystems?
This will make a major impression and is a must to push Cardano, especially with all the strong interoperability topics we can talk about this year like Bitcoin DeFi with the DeFi Kernel, Leois, Midnight and Filecoin integration, ....

It is essential Cardano is this year at the world crypto stage in Singapore right before Token2049. With interoperability in full swing, we must show the world we are a Tier 1 crypto currency, by being present.
These events are critical for business development and forming future partnerships.

We need more builders on Cardano, the more builders we have the more likely one will build the killer app to drive up adoption. Partnering with Intersect and TxPipe on this makes a lot of sense to boost the developer onboarding experience.

We absolutely need a multi-asset treasury!

As a cryptocurrency user on Cardano, I want account addresses to support direct deposits, micro-fee collection, and the Cardano Treasury to hold multiple asset types so that I can enable L2 reserves, build cheaper DeFi products and permit Treasury reserves to be held in stable currencies with resilience to ADA price volatility.

Let's get this done!

With Leios Cardano will be the first blockchain which can seriously claim to have solved the blockchain dilemma, which says it is impossible to solve decentralization, security and scalability at the same time. Cardano has never given up on this and Leios will solve scalability on the layer 1 without giving up any of the other two dimensions.
We all hope for rising adoption, we will need Leios to cope with that rise of adoption.

As a stake pool operator, I definitely want the Cardano platform to remain stable, performant, and secure with predictable release cycles, so that I can rely on it as a production-grade foundation for my operations and applications.
The Cardano Blueprint delivery will also be very useful for our alternative nodes to follow.

As Cardano strives to be the financial operating system of the world, high assurance formal verification tooling is essential for security of our DApp ecosystem. Improving this tooling and making it more accessible is very useful.
I expect this to be particularly useful once the DeFi Kernel is implemented and tooling on top of this is created. It makes a lot of sense to follow both at the same time.

I like to see this joint effort by IO and Vaccumlabs, two very trusted vendors in our ecosystem.
Cardano is nothing without smart contract capability, Plutus is our smart contract core. Every other smart contract language like Aiken compile to Untyped Plutus Core (UPLC), and upgrading this base to keep up with rising demands, like node diversity, is essential.

We are not done with Basho, the non-cannibalizing L2s of Hydra and Midguard are needed on Cardano to address a broad spectrum of high-performance applications and better support builders across both open and restricted trust environments.

With this proposal we will get our second serious partnerchain for Cardano next to Midnight, Blockforst unified decentralized data layer across blockchains.

As an active IceBreaker for Blockfrost and an active user of the Blockfrost API, I support this proposal with a YES vote.

This is a no-brainer YES vote for me.

The most important part is the production ready open standard DeFI Kernel with peer-to-peer and non-custodial DeFi with non-margin credit market. With Russel on the advisory board, I am confident this will be a success. This can't come soon enough. With all the centralized DeFi exploits on other protocols, the overall market is ready for serious DeFi like this. This is the first DeFi on all protocols, I am interested in partaking myself. We absolutely need this to get Bitcoin liquidity on chain and to activate the 99% of ADA stake not active in our current speculation playground DeFi.

The Yield component toggled on and off with a "single-click" is in my understand the implementation of the original Bitcoin DeFi toggle button idea. Finally, this is in a proposal! I have been waiting on this. There is hoping official Bitcoin wallets will also include this toggle outside of Lace wallet, once this sees enough adoption. Yield in combination with DeFi Kernel is a killer combo in my view.

To benefit from the vast Bitcoin liquidity using best-in-class secure DeFi enabled by the first two components, we need a trust-minimized bridge. This is what the third part is about to complete the picture.

Charms is really close already on finding a good solution for this, I wouldn't mind the team help the Charms team to overcome their last hurdle to upgrade zkVM SP1 of SuccinctLabs to produce Groth16 over BLS12-381, instead of pursuing their own solution with BitVM with unclear outcome. The race for the first truly trust-minimized Bitcoin - Cardano bridge is on.

I am confident in the stellar team, as well.

Overall, this is a must win proposal in my book.

I can't imagine a better year to combine Cardano Summit and Token2049 in Singapore. By October we should have Bitcoin DeFi in Cardano in full swing and also Midnight decentralization started with a lot of features and privacy enabled DApps to talk about.
Imagine 1k people coming to the Cardano Summit and most of them moving over to Token2049 the next two days. Close to 1k people who are Cardano / Midnight native will make a big impression on the 30k people expected for the Token2049 event, the world wide largest crypto venue. 2026 is the year of collaboration and breaking down silos.

This is not yet another alternative client operating like all the other but both Pebble and Gerolamo do offer unique developer and user experiences which will help our ecosystem.

After careful review, I decided to approve this first step of our community sovereign wealth fund. We need to invest into our own ecosystem, DeFi liquidity is critical.

A block production node written in Go with Apache 2.0 license helps our ecosystem in client diversity. I have a good impression of the dev team.

Too much centralization risk in my view. Plus, I prefer to vote on individual proposals and don't want to be forced to accept something just because I want something else to pass.

I fully trust in the Cardano Foundation to revive Project Catalyst.

As this could significantly improve Plutus script throughput with minimal impact on block propagation or node performance, this is a low-risk and high-impact change worthy of approval.

I approve a NCL of approximately 115% of the realized Net Income for the current budget cycle.

Happy to continue the tradition of naming hard forks in memory of impactful contributors to the Cardano blockchain ecosystem for their families and ecosystem as a whole. RIP Max van Rossem.

I support this v2.4 to upgrade the Cardano Constitution v1.0 as it fixes a number of minor spelling / formatting issues, adds helpful definitions, streamlines the process overall, like removing redundant budget info actions or non-enforceable conduct rules. Treasury withdrawals benefit from clearer audits and accountability. I also agree that 'Ada owners' is the correct term to retain to protect against sybil attacks. The diff document v1.0 to v2.4 could have been formatted better for better readability, maybe this is something to look into for future revisions.

The Cardano 2030 Vision and Strategy is essential moving forward to vet future proposals. A lot of work and community participation went into this. Of course a vision like this is never perfect and a living document which will evolve over time.

Whilst I like the team and idea, I believe this proposal should be split up in Hydra Defi hardening and KPI Dashboard and one or both are probably a better fit for Catalyst and not for a direct treasury withdrawal. I would also appoint Intersect as independent administrator of funds to leverage synergies here. We should be conservative spending the treasury and prefer proposals which give back to the treasury.

Christina and Cardano Curia were very close runner-ups, it makes sense to add both as Constitutional Committee Members, so we have a buffer.

We will in my understanding need this to pass the "Cardano Critical Integrations Budget". Nothing should be in the way of this, especially not an expiring Net Change Limit, so let's extend it.

I would be very careful setting a precedent here, albeit I understand the need to think about this. I would argue we should first have a more holistic community-wide discussion on this including DReps, CC and SPOs.
I believe there is also good potential to ease the workload on CC members with AI tools. I would like to see this explored first.

I support the idea of reimbursing the Ikigai Info Governance Action Deposit. The user should not be punished being a pioneer. Before approving the actual withdrawal action, I would need to see proof though that the actual person who lost the funds wants this and receives those funds and this withdrawal does not go to an unrelated entity. E.g. the funds should go back to the same address they originally came from.

Strong team, bold idea. We should treat the treasury like a VC to not just take funds but to give back funds. I wish this team best of success of implementing this as a role model for future treasury withdrawals setting a standard to follow.

I approve this Cardano Constitution iteration

Whilst we do have great community governance tools by now, I believe it is important to maintain and keep developing at least one fully open-source platform, which is GovTool. I also appreciate the team listing to community feedback.

Stablecoin DeFi Liquidity is very important and a current weak point of Cardano. This proposal helps to address that with a strong team. The funds are much better spend on our own ecosystem than paying for inclusion of e.g. USDC or Tether. Just paying for integration does not mean liquidity will come automatically, plus these centralizeed solutions have freeze and claw-back functionality, which are against the ethos of crypto.

I really like this proposal, as it shows a possible future of loan-based treasury withdrawals, kinda like VCs work today.
You usually don't get money for free, you pay the money back with interest.
Team is top-notch as well. I hope this will be a role model for future proposals.

The topic at hand will help CNTs and ADA as a whole to help finance the build up the infrastructure needed to get all of those listed.

Overall, this is a win-win in my book.

All but "Starstream: next gen VM" are already part of the Intersect 'bundle'. The is a very useful builders bundle. As Starstream did not make the cut in Ekklesia, I am repating my vote with this bundle. I assume we will avoid double-spending on the same topic either way.

We should discuss and address the reward sharing scheme as a whole, e.g. add a minVarFee parameter (see CIP-23) which would in my opinion be many-fold more productive than manipulating k in isolation. For additional context see https://t.ly/8DT9- and https://t.ly/JwV0a .

Cardano hard forks were so far always named after deceased people we wanted to honour for their contributions. It feels wrong to now name our next hard fork after a meme token, especially as the next hard fork will enable full minimal viable governance functionality after CIP-1694.
