As a DRep, I believe in transparent governance, active participation, and protecting the long-term health of the Cardano ecosystem. My goal is to represent the voice of delegators thoughtfully and independently, making decisions that prioritize decentralization, resilience, and real-world utility. I aim to: • Promote clear communication and education around proposals and voting decisions. • Ensure responsible, well-researched governance participation that avoids short-term hype and focuses on long-term impact. • Support builders and innovators whose work aligns with Cardano’s vision of financial and social inclusion. • Engage the community to bring more voices into the governance process and uphold accountability. Ultimately, I want to help make Cardano governance accessible, credible, and representative of its diverse global community.
Motivations
I want to be a DRep because I believe decentralized governance is essential to Cardano’s long-term success — and that success depends on having thoughtful, informed voices participating in the decision-making process. Professionally, I bring experience in forecasting, performance analysis, and operations strategy, which has taught me the value of data-driven decision making and long-term thinking. I’ve worked across teams to solve complex problems, balance competing priorities, and measure real-world impact — skills that translate directly to evaluating proposals and shaping policy for Cardano. Personally, I’ve been part of the Cardano community for years and see governance as the next evolution of what makes this ecosystem different. I want to help bridge the gap between builders, voters, and protocol decisions by being a consistent, transparent, and approachable DRep. My motivation is simple: to help Cardano grow in a direction that is sustainable, inclusive, and community-driven.
Qualifications
• Strategic systems thinker with 10+ years of experience designing scalable solutions and improving decision-making across complex environments • Global perspective, including direct collaboration with Asian financial authorities on regulatory strategy and innovation policy • Deep understanding of Cardano’s governance model, community values, and the long-term implications of on-chain decision-making • Skilled in analyzing proposals, modeling impact, and making independent, high-trust decisions under pressure • Strong communicator who translates complexity into clarity — essential for transparency, community engagement, and voter trust

YesCARDANO BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSTEM CONSTITUTION v2.0Epoch 581RationaleExpired11mo ago
✅ Voting YES – Cardano Constitution v2.0
This update isn’t about rewriting our principles — it’s about making them clearer, cleaner, and easier to use.
Key reasons for my YES:
• Fixes typos, inconsistencies, and vague language.
• Simplifies structure so the Constitution is easier to reference and understand.
• Adds and refines key definitions for clarity.
• Removes outdated or unused provisions like the DRep/SPO Codes of Conduct.
• Aligns appendices with the main articles for consistency.
A well-written Constitution is a stronger Constitution. This version keeps the spirit of v1.0 while making it more practical for everyone who uses it.

NoCardano Global Listing Expansion - Powered by SnekEpoch 580RationaleExpired11mo ago
Vote: NO – Snek Global Listing Expansion (5M ADA)
I appreciate the Snek Foundation’s achievements (Kraken, Crypto.com listings, $4M self-funded investment), but I cannot support this treasury withdrawal for the following reasons:
• Single-token focus – Funds are concentrated on SNEK, with benefits to the broader ecosystem indirect and uncertain.
• High cost vs. ecosystem ROI – 5M ADA is a significant treasury outlay for CEX listings, a marketing strategy that often produces short-lived volume spikes without sustainable adoption.
• Centralized exchange dependency – This approach prioritizes CEX access over strengthening decentralized infrastructure, DeFi liquidity, and developer tooling that benefit all projects.
• Opportunity cost – These funds could back initiatives that provide shared infrastructure, onboarding pipelines, and reusable tech for every Cardano builder.
• Market risk – Memecoin-driven strategies can amplify volatility and reputational risk for Cardano if sentiment turns.
I believe treasury funds should focus on network-level adoption drivers and foundational infrastructure—not single-token promotion—no matter how strong its community or track record.
NoWithdraw ₳5M for Cardano's Global Listing Expansion - Powered by SnekEpoch 580RationaleExpired11mo ago
Vote: NO – Snek Global Listing Expansion (5M ADA)
While I recognize Snek Foundation’s proven track record (Kraken & Crypto.com listings, $4M self-funded investment), I cannot support this proposal for the following reasons:
• High cost for limited scope – 5M ADA primarily benefits a single token, with uncertain ecosystem-wide ROI.
• Centralized exchange focus – Prioritizes CEX exposure over strengthening decentralized infrastructure and long-term Cardano fundamentals.
• Opportunity cost – Treasury funds could be allocated to initiatives that benefit all Cardano projects equally (e.g., developer tools, onboarding pipelines, DeFi infrastructure).
• No guaranteed lasting impact – CEX listings often produce short-term hype without sustainable adoption.
• Single-token dependency – Ecosystem visibility becomes tied to SNEK’s brand and volatility, concentrating risk.
I believe the Cardano Treasury should prioritize broad, infrastructure-level initiatives that strengthen the network for every builder and user, rather than funding token-specific marketing and listings.

YesWithdraw ₳2,162,096 for Midgard - Optimistic Rollups administered by IntersectEpoch 575RationaleEnacted1y ago
🗳 Voted YES – gov_action13tfag48nf94rtjcdq7c06vhkslmxxw9h6c88sl7q5g5nnewcsvlqqfgyy3v
💡 Proposal: ₳2.16M Treasury Withdrawal for Midgard – a modular framework for truly permissionless optimistic rollups on Cardano.
✅ Why I voted YES:
• Unique to Cardano: Midgard leverages the EUTxO model’s local state and determinism — something Ethereum, Solana, and others cannot replicate. This is a Layer 2 (L2) scaling solution made for Cardano, not ported over.
• Decentralization by design: Unlike existing rollups that rely on centralized sequencers or multisigs, Midgard has:
• No centralized sequencer
• No custodial bridge
• No challenge-response system
• Open, permissionless fraud proofs
• Native censorship resistance
• Sustainable model: All rollup transactions are paid in ADA, rolled up, and submitted on-chain — meaning increased L2 usage boosts L1 fee revenue without compromising decentralization.
• Credible builder: Anastasia Labs has deep Cardano experience — contributing to top dApps and maintaining over 50 open-source Cardano repos. The work is already underway with a roadmap targeting EOY readiness.
🧠 In short: This is a bold but technically sound vision that aligns Cardano’s architecture with future scalability. It prioritizes permissionless access, revenue sustainability, and protocol-aligned innovation. That’s the kind of work I want funded.
