I’m a long-term Cardano supporter from Vietnam. I served as a Community Reviewer in Catalyst Fund 11 and 12, helping evaluate proposals and support community governance. With a background in business and F&B management, I bring leadership and grassroots experience.

Motivations

I’ve been with Cardano since 2021 and truly believe in its long-term vision no matter what market ups and downs. What motivates me is seeing more Vietnamese voices involved in governance. I want to help people here understand they have power through Ada. Becoming a dRep is my way to give back, to stand for my community, and to support good ideas that help Cardano grow the right way. In my view is fair, open, and for everyone.

Qualifications

Over the years, I’ve built real-world experience in leadership, operations, and community service—from managing teams in F&B to volunteering in social campaigns. These roles taught me how to stay organized, listen actively, and act with integrity. Through Catalyst, I gained hands-on understanding of Cardano’s governance process. I may not come from a tech background, but I bring people skills, dedication, and a deep commitment to represent voices that often go unheard.
