I'm Vie, a remote-working mom from Ho Chi Minh City. I joined the Cardano community back in 2020 with a simple dream: financial freedom (FIRE – Financial Independence, Retire Early). Since then, I’ve operated a stake pool, weathered the market’s ups and downs, and stayed here because I believe in Cardano’s long-term vision.
Motivations
I’ve been with Project Catalyst since Fund 10, wearing many hats: co-proposer, Community Reviewer, Moderator, Milestone Reviewer. Each role gave me different lenses to see what works (and what doesn’t) in Cardano governance. Being a freelance interpreter for almost a decade also taught me the value of listening – truly listening – and turning complex ideas into something accessible for everyone. I also care deeply about DJED & SHEN – Cardano’s stablecoins. I see them as key tools for financial resilience, especially during market downturns.
Qualifications
9+ years in French–Vietnamese–English interpretation, working with embassies, NGOs, universities, and corporate boards. Former Assistant to BOD at Auchan Retail, managing supplier negotiations and reporting. Active Catalyst contributor, deeply familiar with governance flows, community engagement, and proposal evaluation. Holder of DELF B2 certification in French, and a graduate of USSH HCMC with leadership experience in student unions. Past SPO (Stake Pool Operator), so I understand both the tech and the human challenges of decentralization.
