Motivations
I am motivated to become a DRep on the Cardano blockchain to assist those who want to use their voting rights to improve Cardano but may not have the time to engage with every Governance Action. With over four years of active involvement in Cardano and Project Catalyst, combined with my background in software development, I bring a deep understanding of the ecosystem. My goal is to ensure that every vote contributes to a stronger, more innovative Cardano.
Qualifications
I am a Cardano Ambassador with experience as a Translator, Moderator, and Meetup Organizer. I was part of the first cohorts for both Plutus Pioneer and Atala PRISM Pioneer Program from IOG. Since Fund3, I've been active in Project Catalyst as a voter, funded proposer, community reviewer, challenge team, milestone reviewer and more. I have strong knowledge of the Cardano blockchain and have hosted and spoken at Cardano Summit community-led events in Jakarta from 2021 to 2024. Additionally, I am passionate about sharing knowledge on using open-source tools to build DApps and smart contracts on Cardano, while also growing local developer community in Indonesia.

YesNet Change Limit of 300 Million ADA for Epochs 613–713Epoch 618RationaleClosed5mo ago
I will vote YES on this proposal.
Setting the Net Change Limit at 300 million ADA is a careful and responsible choice. It helps protect the treasury during uncertain market conditions and shows that we take spending seriously. A lower limit reduces pressure on ADA price while still allowing strong projects to be funded.
Starting with 300 million ADA gives us a safe baseline and flexibility for the future. For these reasons, I vote YES.
NoReduce minimum Constitutional Committee size (committeeMinSize) from 7 to 5Epoch 614RationaleDropped5mo ago
I will vote NO on this proposal.
I understand the goal is to make the Constitutional Committee more flexible. However, reducing the minimum size from 7 to 5 increases the risk of power being concentrated in fewer hands. The Committee is a key safeguard for the Constitution and treasury, and it needs enough members to ensure diversity, balance, and proper checks.
Operational issues should be solved by improving processes and elections, not by lowering standards. Decentralization and representation from the global community are important. Keeping the minimum at 7 helps protect governance integrity, so I vote NO.
AbstainConstitutional Committee Compensation Epochs 581-653Epoch 596RationaleClosed8mo ago
I vote for abstain due to conflict of interest, as I am part of Eastern Cardano Council.
YesCARDANO BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSTEM CONSTITUTION v2.0Epoch 581RationaleExpired11mo ago
The v2.0 update does not change Cardano’s core rules (the Tenets) or break any guardrails. It mostly cleans up wording, clarifies terms, and removes Governance Action "Info" step that is procedural, but not fundamental. Since the constitution can be updated through the normal ratification process, this proposal still constitutional and consistent with the current framework.
Feedback:
The edits improve readability and remove unused parts, which is great. To keep trust and transparency around treasury withdrawals after dropping the Governance Action "Info" step, I suggest adding a simple safeguard: require a short on-chain note and brief community review for any large treasury withdrawal. This keeps the process clear and fair while preserving the simpler v2.0 design.

I prioritized funding open-source tools and proposals that I believe will most effectively support Cardano’s long-term growth. I voted in favor of the highest-priority items that fit within my preferred budget cap or NCL 2025, abstained from proposals where I may have had a personal interest, and voted NO on all remaining proposals after reaching that budget limit.

YesReplace Interim Constitutional CommitteeEpoch 581RationaleEnacted0y ago
I vote "Yes" on the Governance Action (GA) to replace the Interim Constitutional Committee (ICC) with the newly elected Constitutional Committee (CC) because this marks a necessary and meaningful step forward in Cardano's on-chain governance. The ICC served its purpose as a temporary oversight body during the initial phase of the governance framework, but it was always intended to be provisional. The recent election process, conducted between May and July 2025, was transparent, community-driven, and successfully selected seven qualified members through active DReps participation.
Ratifying the new CC ensures that Cardano’s governance remains operational and accountable beyond Epoch 580, while also affirming our collective commitment to decentralization and legitimacy. The newly elected committee members bring diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and their terms provide both continuity and resilience. By voting "Yes", we honor the outcome of the election and help solidify the constitutional process that underpins Cardano’s long-term success.
