Qualifications
I have 8 years of experience with blockchain technology, since 2017. I have participated in evaluating all Catalyst projects from fund 7,8,9,10,11... as LV1 and LV2. I have been sharing knowledge and building my local Cardano community with thousands of participants. I have 3 years of pool running experience since 2021.

I think the budget should be spent on developing catalyst projects, expanding the community, promoting business and government adoption of cardano instead of increasing the stake reward.
