Since Cardano Whale stepped down as DRep, I’ve decided to take direct responsibility for my voting power. I am unaffiliated, independent, and won’t promote this DRep identity—I believe the healthiest form of governance emerges when individuals think and vote for themselves. Real democracy starts with personal responsibility.
Motivations
Cardano governance must be a diversified, not a pyramid. The current system risks centralization via popularity, visibility, or backdoor coordination. We need thousands of independent DReps—not just a handful of loud voices or interconnected actor that pretend to be independent. I’m stepping up as one node in that network of DRep. I do not build a brand, I am here to defend the principle of democratic decentralization.
Qualifications
PhD in astrophysics, specialized in statistical inference and asteroseismology. Over 14 years of experience in model evaluation, signal extraction under uncertainty, and peer-reviewed research. Skilled in Bayesian methods, MCMC (incl. parallel tempering, MAP), and optimization under noisy constraints—directly applicable to proposal evaluation and governance modeling. Currently lead ML and diagnostic systems in Kubernetes-based environments. I design cost-aware, scalable pipelines for real-time analytics and anomaly detection—both LLM-based (code) and metric-based (CNN, LSTM, stats). Familiar with decentralized architectures, telemetry systems (Prometheus/Grafana), and the operational demands of high-availability infrastructure.

YesSecuring Generic Top-Level Domains for the Cardano EcosystemEpoch 597RationaleClosed9mo ago
There is a noticeable lack of visibility for Cardano across multiple fronts. While this proposal may not have an immediate high impact, securing top-level domains would strengthen Cardano’s long-term presence and recognition. In fact, such an initiative should have been undertaken years ago.
NoConstitutional Committee Compensation Epochs 581-653Epoch 596RationaleClosed9mo ago
There is no reason to give compensation to Constitutional Committee members alone. These are only a fraction of the actors participating to the Cardano governance. DReps and voters are also participant. A proposal that would encompass all of participant should be considered instead.

This is the core system of governance. Voting it is "unavoidable" even if imperfect.

YesTempo for Cardono Governance - Maintenance & Development Budget for 2025Epoch 576RationaleClosed11mo ago
Voting Yes. Today, GovTool is the only interface for participating in Cardano governance, and it is maintained under the oversight of the Cardano Foundation. Tempo.vote offers an independent and complementary platform that improves visibility and usability of governance data through features like temperature checks, and their own indexer and node infrastructure.
This proposal directly supports ecosystem redundancy and resilience — both of which are critical in decentralized governance. By avoiding reliance on a single portal or infrastructure provider, we improve robustness and reduce systemic risk.
