Good Roadmap.

The points in the roadmap do not include specific time-frames or deadlines, but I assume this was intended and it is fine without. Who is responsible for ensuring that each task is worked on?

I think the roadmap versions should be on IPFS, because I think this current roadmap on the website can just be changed because only the link to the website is in the hash of this proposal, but I might be wrong about that.
