Objectives
Vote on every governance action, each vote with a published rationale. AI reads each action against the Cardano Constitution, its budget and the proposer's track record. Matías Falcone, AdaSouls Founder, decides and signs every vote. When an action involves AdaSouls, its partners or its competitors, we vote "Abstain".
Motivations
AdaSouls builds identity, spending limits and verifiable reputation for AI agents, and has run a Cardano stake pool since 2020. Agents will take part in Cardano's economy and governance. We want to show, in the open, how they can help people govern without replacing human judgment.
Qualifications
Cardano stake pool operator since October 2020 (SOULS, formerly FALCO). Builders of ALMA, an open protocol for AI agent identity and verifiable evidence, and of Velum, privacy-preserving credentials on Midnight. Catalyst-funded team.
