Atlas is next generation food and drink discovery platform that utilises the Cardano ecosystem to help bring the next wave of blockchain users into a frictionless ecosystem that encompasses everything food and drink and not necessarily the technology driven user. We believe blockchain, specifically Cardano, will play a pivotal role in adoption, governance, and user accessibility for blockchain adoption and we aim to assist in bringing the Cardano world to millions of users world wide. As a DRep, Atlas' goal is to help introduce, bridge and transfer every day users and hospitality businesses around the world into the Cardano ecosystem.

Motivations

Atlas was built end to end on Cardano because we believe hospitality is the perfect proving ground for blockchain: high transaction volume, real consumer demand, tight margins that benefit from lower fees, and a desperate need for portable loyalty that doesn't lock customers into one venue's silo. Atlas' motivation as a DRep is simple: Most governance voices on Cardano come from infrastructure, DeFi or stake-pool operators. Almost none come from consumer facing real world businesses serving ordinary users. We want to bring the perspective of independent restaurants, small venues, and the people who eat and drink at them into Cardano governance and to vote on their behalf.

- Founder and CEO of Atlas Food & Drink, a full Cardano integrated hospitality platform. - Operating company: Atlas Hereford LTD, registered in England & Wales. - Production grade Cardano integrations: UTXOS.dev non custodial wallets, Blockfrost mainnet, Mesh SDK transaction building, NFT minting on Cardano, ADA denominated rewards, giftcard settlement. - UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 compliance, published GDPR framework, DSAR pipeline and Right-to-Erasure flows. Nearly 20 years of hospitality management including directing Déjà Vu (Herefordshire), an award winning restaurant and cocktail bar as well as experiance as a BA and PO in fintech and Biotech.
