Objectives

At Everstake, we believe in decentralization not only as a technical principle but as a social imperative. As a DRep, our primary objective is to ensure that the voices of ADA holders are accurately represented through thoughtful, transparent, and well-researched voting. We aim to foster a governance environment where long-term sustainability, inclusive decision-making, and ecosystem growth are prioritized. Our goal is to bridge the gap between technical governance mechanisms and community understanding by communicating complex proposals in accessible terms, engaging with stakeholders.

Motivations

Since 2018, Everstake has been deeply committed to the growth and decentralization of proof-of-stake networks. As one of the biggest staking providers, stepping into the role of DRep is a natural progression of our mission. We want to leverage our operational experience, research capacity, and community reach to contribute meaningfully to on-chain governance. We understand the technical, economic, and social layers of blockchain governance. Becoming a DRep aligns with our long-standing values and allows us to empower delegators with informed, responsible, and consistent representation.
