Objectives
My goal as a dRep is to contribute a voice of reason that challenges the Cardano voter base. I intend to collaborate with the community to make informed decisions and encourage more thoughtfulness around any governance decision.\n\nWhen it comes to my policy on TREASURY management, I take a more liberal approach. I believe that we need to manage it as a business would, which means developing multiple streams of income to advance the treasury for greater long-term sustainability.\n\nMy policy on GOVERNANCE is a much more conservative approach. I believe Code is Law. I believe that 1 ADA = 1 Vote is the best model for governance over economic systems. I believe in simplicity, as the over-complication of essential functions only serves to exclude more people.\n\nMy policy on BLOCKCHAIN functions and parameters is evolving but there are a few things I stand firm on. I am anti-fee markets. I am in favor of protecting NFT royalties. I am pro-contingent staking (if the situation calls for it)

Motivations
I want to be a dRep because I care about the freedom and decentralization of the Cardano ecosystem. It continues to feel like Cardano is the last ecosystem that values the principles that this industry was supposed to stand for, as Satoshi Nakamoto envisioned it. I want to be a voice that contributes to driving this space to continue to be an independent economic system that offers people an open alternative to a government-controlled economy. This is the rhetoric that I have consistently pushed on my YouTube channel and it is the mission that I will continue to pursue as a dRep.

I do not observe the proposer as a positive actor that will advocate for the Cardano ecosystem as a top-priority. I do not consider the value-delivery as a considerable benefit because proposer has not demonstrated a genuine desire to build in the Cardano ecosystem without treasury funding.

I do not observe enough information to properly understand what the goal/intent here is, nor the quantified impact. To the best of my understanding, I observe a highly experimental catalyst-like funding program that relies on donations. I do not believe this is an efficient use of treasury funding.

While important intent, I am not compelled by the impact-value ratio communicated in this proposal. I think it needs more information/quantification of the amount of people reached and the tangible impact of educational/onboarding/development efforts.

I do not recognize this proposal as a priority due to the skepticism of the ROI. The analysis on dev hours saved is compelling but it strikes me as a potential savings. As I understand it, this proposal is more of a reduction in the barrier to entry, as opposed to a direct mechanism for onboarding new developers. I think this proposal is a worthwhile pursuit but not a priority at this point in time.

I believe that it is the outlined Cardano-wide benefits of this proposal are natural consequences of building within the Cardano ecosystem, through genuine organic efforts of projects that choose to build within the ecosystem. Therefore, it is not the responsiblity of this treasury to fund the pursuit of these benefits as an auxillary impact of the proposal's approval. This dRep prioritizes proposals that directly benefit the entire Cardano ecosystem as core deliverable and primary intention.
