I vote YES on IO & VacuumLabs: Enhancing Plutus — Performance, Correctness, and Usability because Plutus is one of the most important builder-facing layers of Cardano. If we want Cardano to achieve its 2030 vision, smart contracts must become cheaper, safer, easier to write, easier to audit, and easier for real projects to adopt.
This proposal directly touches the area where technical excellence meets real ecosystem adoption: developer experience. Better Plutus performance can reduce script costs and unlock more efficient contract patterns. Stronger correctness work can improve confidence as Cardano grows in complexity and node diversity. Better usability, tooling, documentation, compiler feedback, and onboarding can reduce friction for builders and help more teams move from idea to production.
I am also voting with the NCL in mind. Under a limited treasury envelope, a YES vote must mean more than “this is good work.” It must mean the work is important enough to occupy scarce treasury capacity in this cycle. In this case, I believe Plutus improvements are high-leverage because they benefit many builders, many dApps, and the broader Cardano economic machine — not just one product, one company, or one closed service path.
My support comes with clear accountability expectations. Delivery should be measurable through public milestones, benchmarks, documentation, security review outputs, conformance testing, improved developer workflows, and evidence of adoption by real projects. The community should be able to verify whether Plutus became faster, safer, easier to use, and more useful for production builders.
This YES is not a blank check. It is support for open ecosystem capacity. Cardano needs convenience without dependency, and treasury funding should move us from reliance on expert-only or single-provider paths toward reusable, documented, auditable, and broadly accessible infrastructure. I also expect IO and VacuumLabs to make the delivery model transparent and replicable so smaller builders can learn from it, build on it, and participate more meaningfully in Cardano’s long-term growth.
For these reasons, I support this proposal as a strong YES, with the expectation that its outputs are measurable, public, builder-centered, and aligned with Cardano’s decentralization and 2030 goals.

I shall continue to vote in favor of the Input Output Global (iOG formerly known as iOHK) proposals due to the fact that iOG has continuously year in and year out built, upgraded, innovated, and further strengthened the ecosystem through various market upheavals, negative press, and technological shifts. Through continuous efforts this cadre of developers, educators, various business persons, scientists, and experts in their fields have proven more than capable of the continued maintenance and innovation necessary to further the Cardano blackchain. I find value in all proposals from iOG until a suitable development group or lab can prove not only innovative, but evolutionary for the technology in which we all utilize and enjoy. The blockchain has survived based off of the creators of the protocol, we must continue the path set forth until we have a suitable substitute that can create viable upgrades and are capable of pushing the community and the blockchain into a realm of technological dominance I vote Yes for this proposal.
