    I’m voting YES to fund Intersect, Cardano’s member-based coordination hub, for another critical year of decentralized governance and infrastructure support.

    Why it matters:
    🧱 Core Infrastructure Stewardship
    Intersect maintains Cardano’s Haskell codebase, coordinates node releases, and leads safe network upgrades (Chang, Plutus V3, Conway).

    🔐 Governance Execution
    They carry out the Administrator role defined in the Constitution — enabling treasury contracts, managing proposal vetting, and delivering legal oversight at scale.

    🤝 Community Coordination
    Intersect supports 30+ working groups, 8 elected committees, and formalizes participation through stipends, elections, and onboarding resources for DReps, SPOs, and the Constitutional Committee.

    📈 Roadmap & Budgeting
    They facilitate long-term planning, rebuild budgeting processes, and enable scalable RFPs — including support for future plural Administrators.

    💡 This proposal reflects a new strategic direction under Jack Briggs, reaffirming Intersect’s mission as a neutral, accountable, and community-serving enabler of decentralized progress.
