I think Ledger should fund their own Cardano app update, especially with competitors like Trezor and others in the hardware wallet space covering their own integrations, and it’s unfair to use Cardano’s ₳300,000 treasury funds for a private company’s benefit even though Vacuumlabs’ expertise could still deliver a solid UI overhaul.

I’m voting YES to fund the Ledger App Rewrite, a long-overdue upgrade to bring Cardano’s Ledger wallet app up to modern standards.
🧾 Why this matters:
The current Cardano Ledger app still uses a non-standard UI from 2018, requiring confusing double-clicks and incompatible with Ledger’s testing suite. This slows updates, hurts usability, and creates user friction.🔧 This proposal will:
• Redesign the UI to match Ledger standards
• Improve UX for Cardano hardware wallet users
• Make the app compatible with Ledger’s testing system
• Speed up future updates and reduce release friction
