YesPebble + Gerolamo - HLabs 2026 BudgetDecided epoch 628revotedView rationaleExpired5mo ago
I support this proposal primarily because Pebble and the node are being developed in TypeScript, which significantly lowers the barrier to entry for new developers. With TypeScript becoming the most used language on GitHub as of August 2025, surpassing both Python and JavaScript, it offers a large and growing talent pool. This increases the likelihood of broader contribution, faster iteration, and long-term maintainability. For these reasons, I vote YES.

AbstainCardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 SingaporeDecided epoch 630changed from YesView rationaleExpired5mo ago
The requested funding amount is significantly higher than what was initially anticipated and communicated last year. While I do recognize the Cardano Summit as a valuable and potentially impactful event for the ecosystem, I remain uncertain whether it justifies an allocation of this magnitude in ADA.
That said, I do not intend to stand in opposition if the majority of DReps conclude that this level of funding is appropriate and aligned with treasury priorities. At the same time, I would also be comfortable if the proposal does not move forward in its current form.
If the ambition is to position Cardano within broader narratives, such as Bitcoin DeFi, and to attract participants from ecosystems like Solana and Ethereum, then it may be worthwhile to reconsider aspects of the event’s framing and positioning. In particular, the name “Cardano Summit” itself could unintentionally act as a barrier, as it may signal a level of ecosystem exclusivity that discourages external audiences from engaging. A more inclusive or neutral branding approach could better support the goal of cross-ecosystem appeal.

YesCardano Critical Integrations BudgetDecided epoch 604View rationaleClosed9mo ago
I am voting YES on this proposal because, in my view, it addresses a structural gap that has held Cardano back for years. While the proposal is not perfect, it lacks granular detail, strong KPIs, and clear ROI modeling, the absence of these integrations has already imposed enormous opportunity costs on the ecosystem. Cardano cannot afford to continue delaying foundational infrastructure that other chains have treated as baseline utilities for years.
Cardano's growth ceiling today is defined not by its technology, but by what is missing. This budget is an attempt to correct that.
In an ideal world, the community would receive a detailed breakdown with partners, costs, and timelines. But the nature of enterprise infrastructure doesn't work that way. We must choose between:
- waiting for perfect information and losing partners, or
- moving ahead with the best structure we can design today.
Given the maturity of negotiations and the level of cross-entity collaboration, I believe moving forward is the right path.
The founding entities have stepped up, together. That unity gives me confidence. The integrations targeted here are long overdue, strategically vital, and impossible to delay further.
For these reasons, I am voting YES.
This is the way!

YesDecrease Treasury Tax from 20% to 10%Decided epoch 546View rationaleExpired1y ago
The treasury has accumulated enough funds to sustain ecosystem development for many years, making such a high tax rate unnecessary.
The tax was originally set at 5% but was increased to 20% just before Shelley's launch in 2020. It was done as a precaution, not a necessity.
Now that the treasury holds roughly 1.7 billion ADA, reducing the tax back to 10% seems like a reasonable recalibration to support it's efficiency.
A large and growing treasury can lead to less scrutiny over spending decisions since there is little pressure to allocate funds efficiently.
We must strike the right balance, and I believe 10% sounds about right.
YesCardano Constitution to Replace the Interim ConstitutionDecided epoch 542View rationaleEnacted1y ago
I am voting yes to ratify the Delegate-Approved Cardano Constitution. It is time to move on from the Interim Constitution and embrace a governance model that reflects where Cardano is today and where it’s headed. This is a big step forward for Cardano’s governance!
The Interim Constitution was always meant to be temporary. A starting point to guide us while we figured out a more solid framework. Over time, the Delegate-Approved Constitution has evolved into something much stronger, shaped by community input, and a clearer vision for the future.
This isn't just a small update. It provides better structure, clearer decision-making, and a governance model that truly fits Cardano’s long-term goals. By ratifying it, we are making sure the ecosystem has a solid foundation to grow in a decentralized and transparent way.
Cheers!
