Voting YES on PFMS: Bringing Government Scale Adoption to Cardano by Trivolve Tech (₳9,600,000).

As an elected Cardano Civics Committee member, Unified Cardano Student Club President in Nigeria, and a DRep focused on transparent, sustainable, and inclusive growth, I support this proposal. Trivolve already has a live Forensic Management System on Cardano mainnet with a real Indian state government, generating significant transactions. PFMS expands that into full chain of evidence security at government scale, with clear on-chain activity targets, open-source release (Apache 2.0), and a revenue-sharing model that returns 70% of verification fees to the Treasury.

This is the kind of proven, real-world adoption work that can grow Cardano’s utility and transaction volume while remaining accountable. It aligns with supporting emerging-market public-sector use cases and practical infrastructure. I will monitor milestone delivery and the revenue return mechanism closely.

Voting NO on AURORA: Open infrastructure for bringing real credit markets to Cardano (₳940,000).

As an elected Cardano Civics Committee member, Unified Cardano Student Club President in Nigeria, and a DRep focused on transparency and sustainable treasury use, I recognise the potential value of shared credit-market infrastructure that could reduce duplication and help builders.

However, I cannot support this withdrawal. There is no clear proven track record or sufficient evidence of previous work from the team that gives me confidence in delivery at this stage. With the treasury under pressure and remaining withdrawal capacity limited, I prioritise proposals with demonstrated capability, stronger accountability signals, and clearer sustainability before committing funds.

I remain open to future versions that show concrete prior results, tighter evidence of execution capacity, and stronger transparency around past delivery. For now, fiscal discipline and the need for proven performance lead me to vote No.

Voting NO on Cardano Strategic Copper Reserve | ₳22M RWA Tokenization.

As an elected Cardano Civics Committee member, Unified Cardano Student Club President in Nigeria, and a DRep focused on transparent, sustainable treasury use and inclusion for Africa and students, I see the strategic potential of RWA tokenization and physical commodity backing on Cardano.

However, I cannot support this ₳22 million withdrawal at this time. The treasury has faced significant outflows and needs recovery. This is a large, multi year capital allocation with no guarantee of principal return, material market and execution risks, and substantial non copper costs. While the return-of-net-proceeds design is better than open-ended spending, the size and risk profile are too high for the current treasury condition.

I remain open to leaner, more tightly scoped RWA or infrastructure proposals in the future. For now, fiscal discipline comes first.

Delegate to me if you value careful, principled decisions that protect the treasury while still supporting meaningful growth.

Voting NO on Withdraw 11,787,063 ada for the OpenZeppelin Stack administered by Intersect.As an elected Cardano Civics Committee member, Unified Cardano Student Club President in Nigeria, and a DRep focused on transparent, sustainable treasury use, I respect the services OpenZeppelin wants to offer. Audited libraries, reference implementations, and developer enablement would be valuable for builders and real-world adoption, including in emerging markets.That said, I cannot support this withdrawal. ₳11.79 million is too high given the current state of the treasury. Cardano’s treasury has been under heavy demand, and I believe it needs time to recover rather than taking on another large spend right now even for good work.I remain open to a leaner, more tightly scoped version later. For now, fiscal discipline comes first.
