Motivations
I became a DRep almost by accident: wanted to post on dreptalk.com, and registering was the honest way in. It stuck. Governance tooling gets better when the people who build it also carry a vote, feel the friction, and stand behind public decisions. So this stopped being a DRep of convenience and became a commitment. The votes I cast here are mine alone, not my employer's.

Trivolve’s track record is visible on mainnet. On the cardano.org transaction leaderboard, FMS by Trivolve ranks #10 with 19,643 transactions over the last 30 days, and Indianchain by Trivolve ranks #11 with 13,694 (Sep 16 to Oct 16, 2026). Both are government deployments in daily use. The leaderboard counts only transactions it can attribute on-chain, so anyone can verify these numbers with a chain indexer.
PFMS builds on FMS, which already covers one of the five stages and has run for over a year on the state’s own infrastructure. The team is extending a working system for a customer it already serves.
4 of the 5 payments are made only after an independent assurer has checked the milestone. Spending is capped at $0.30 per ada, and anything above that goes back to the treasury. After launch the state pays transaction fees and operations.
I have two reservations. The 1.8M ada kickoff tranche is large, and the 1.5M transactions a year are a projection. (will compare the milestone reports with the leaderboard numbers, and I expect the open source core to be published as promised)

Only 66.93% of the ₳22M buys copper, so copper must rise about 49% to roughly $10/lb to return the full amount, and none of the forecasts cited in the proposal reach that price within the 2028 to 2029 sale window. Toto Finance would receive the funds before independent custody and oversight exist, and could earn up to ₳3.36M in fees.

the return address recorded on the original action.
The money goes back to the party that actually paid the deposit and to no one else. That key was registered in April 2026, so unlike in 2024 the payout can now be received.

The topic matters and the methodology looks solid, but over 4 million ada for research whose main output is a framework document is hard to justify, particularly when the proposal itself notes overlap with Input Output Research's ongoing Cardano Vision 2026 work.

I vote yes on the AlphaGrowth withdrawal on its own merits, but no on raising the Net Change Limit to make space for it. A Net Change Limit is meant to be a ceiling the ecosystem plans within, not a number we lift whenever one large request does not fit underneath it. If the cap goes up every time a big withdrawal arrives, it stops meaning anything.
