I am voting Yes because the Constitutional Committee election was conducted in clear alignment with the Cardano Constitution, open to all ADA holders, and built on transparency with verifiable on-chain results. The phased process, supported by Byron Network tools and independently audited by DQuadrant, gives me confidence in the fairness and legitimacy of the outcome.

I am in favor of this action as this is a required administrative step in order to ensure we have an active CC.

Enhanced Community Ownership
Voting 'Yes' to replace the Interim Constitutional Committee (ICC) reflects the community's direct input, ensuring that governance aligns with the diverse priorities of ADA holders rather than relying on a temporary committee with appointed seats. This strengthens the decentralized ethos of Cardano, fostering trust and engagement.Improved Accountability and Transparency
The elected CC members, such as those from the Cardano Atlantic Council, Eastern Cardano Council, and others, were chosed through a transparent, community-led process. Supporting 'Yes' vote ensures those members are accountable to the community, as their terms are staggered to maintain continuity while allowing future elections to refresh representation.Strengthening Goverence Resilience
If the ICC expires, without a new CC in place, Cardano's ability to process critical governance actions - like treasury withdrawals , risking decision-making delays. A 'Yes' vote ensures seamless governance continuity, maintaining the network's operational integrity.Alignment with Cardano's vision
Chang Hard Fork and CIP-1694 established Cardano as a leader in on-chain governance. This reinforces Cardano's reputation as a blockchain with robust, transparent governance, potentially attracting more developers and investors.Innovative Checks and Balances
The new CC introduces staggered terms for its seven members, ensuring no single election cycle can overhaul

We have decided to vote yes because this governance action is essential to ensure the continuity and stability of Cardano’s Constitutional Committee. The current committee’s mandate is nearing its end, and formalizing the results of the recent elections is crucial for the new committee to assume its duties without interruption, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the network’s governance.
The electoral process followed all the guidelines established by the Cardano Constitution, being transparent, accessible, and auditable, which strengthens the legitimacy of the elected members. Furthermore, the adoption of staggered terms promotes an orderly transition and prevents disruptions, maintaining continuity in strategic decision-making.
By voting yes, we support the democratic renewal and institutional strengthening of the Constitutional Committee, ensuring that important decisions for Cardano’s future are made with legitimacy and efficiency. This action reinforces community trust and ensures the safe and stable evolution of the ecosystem.
For these reasons, voting yes means voting for stability, transparency, and the continuous progress of Cardano’s decentralized governance.

The process in which CC candidates were chosen violates Article III section 3 of the constitution. "All owners of ada shall have the right to propose changes to the governance structure of the Cardano Blockchain ecosystem in accordance with the Guardrails."
The current structure does not allow all ada holders to propose changes. It allows only DReps to propose changes. All ada holders must be able to vote on who their CC members should be during any combined socialization and proposal generating phase intended for a final on-chain vote. Not all ada holders were able to do this due to limitations inherint to Ekklesia.

I vote Yes! This proposal is the formal, on-chain implementation of a democratic process that has already concluded successfully. While I wasn't able to participate in the working group, I, as a DRep, am participating right now by casting this vote to ratify the community's will. This vote ensures critical governance continuity, honors the results of a transparent, community-led election, and is a essential step in decentralizing power away from the founding entities and into the hands of the Cardano community.
