I am voting no because the proposal identifies a genuine problem, but the 12 million ADA request is too broad and structurally complex for the evidence provided. A stronger approach would prefer more targeted, accountable funding for clearly identified critical maintainers and infrastructure.

I am voting yes because this proposal addresses Cardano’s next stage of growth: moving from infrastructure maturity to application delivery. By funding an integrated platform that brings smart contracts, verification, chain access, operations and scaling into one coherent stack, the Treasury can help reduce complexity for builders, attract devs.

While the project and wallet work is valuable, it does not compare to core infrastructure upgrade, such as that IO is proposing.

Accessing the gateway to Bitcoin capital on Cardano through this proposal is a small price to pay for success. Popgun has the potential to unlock attention, liquidity and momentum where Cardano needs it most, making this a strategic yes.

I support this governance action because it represents a disciplined investment in the long-term infrastructure required for Cardano to mature as a decentralised financial system. The proposal prioritises transparent governance, milestone-based accountability, auditable treasury controls, and forward-looking security, while strengthening the operational foundations needed for scalable on-chain coordination. Importantly, it focuses on building durable public infrastructure rather than short-term hype, aligning strongly with Cardano’s long-term vision and credibility.

I’m supporting this Info Action because it combines accountability with ambition, testing adoption in Oceania through measurable milestones, and laying the foundation for a model that can drive Cardano’s growth across the world.

After voting no for the other SNEK proposals, the offer to undertake this work as a loan is of benefit to the ecosystem in my opinion. The efforts of Snek community thus far are evidence for me that they will endeavour to repay in full, and throughout the process will bring more ADA assets and CNTs to the world. At the end of the payback period, when all ADA is returned they will had a net positive effect.
