I will support all TxPipe proposals that have emerged from Intersect’s Ekklisia process. Although I do not have the technical expertise to fully evaluate the costs of these initiatives, I recognize the importance of the work and TxPipe’s strong track record in the Cardano ecosystem.
I also trust the judgment of my fellow DReps who participated in the Ekklisia process and brought these proposals forward.
Therefore, I will support them. - Yes4.2M ₳No rationale

I see this as a administrative vote which is to process a withdrawal that DRep's have previously approved. I do not believe in throwing monkey-wrenches into approved and planned for processes, and thus I vote yes so as not to obstruct progress and momentum, and to not undermine previous decisions.

I support this Treasury Withdrawal.
Dolos is not a block-producing node, so it does not directly increase SPO decentralization. However, as a lightweight data node written in Rust, it strengthens Cardano’s data access infrastructure, client diversity, and tooling diversity.
Even if Cardano’s L1 consensus layer is decentralized, practical centralization can still remain if wallets, dApps, explorers, and indexers depend on only a few API providers or heavy full-node infrastructure. Dolos helps reduce this dependency by giving builders more ways to access Cardano data.
For this reason, I evaluate Dolos as public infrastructure that improves decentralization and resilience at the practical usage layer of the Cardano ecosystem.

Due to rationales becoming stressful and the bear market vibes - I will not be providing rationale. I voted the way that I did bc we need a 'no stress' environment more than ever.

I am completely unhappy with the intersect budget process as it fragments descriptions across varying levels of detail and different sources.
However, this should not be at the expense of the project. Dolos is mature, open-source Cardano infrastructure that reduces resource requirements for chain-data access and improves developer experience. I have changed my vote to “Yes” – future support should be dependent on continued ecosystem adoption and remain conditional on transparent reporting, protocol compatibility, releases, issue resolution.Earlier votes

The description of this treasury withdrawal action is only a partial excerpt of the original proposal from the Intersect budget process. It leaves out elementary contents. DReps have to painstakingly piece this information together themselves. And here it becomes completely unacceptable in my view. How much more fragmented is the treasury governace process supposed to become? For me, this simply remains underdefined here.

I am voting YES on the TxPipe Dolos proposal.
Dolos is important infrastructure for Cardano because it provides a lightweight Cardano data node designed to give developers efficient access to chain data without requiring the full overhead of traditional node infrastructure.
This matters because developer access to reliable chain data is one of the core rails of the ecosystem. Wallets, explorers, dApps, indexers, analytics platforms, governance tools and developer backends all depend on being able to query and consume Cardano data efficiently.
Dolos also improves infrastructure diversity. It supports multiple familiar interfaces, including Mini-Blockfrost, UTxO-RPC, Mini-Kupo and node-compatible tooling. This gives builders more optionality and reduces reliance on a small number of hosted or centralised API providers.
In the current NCL environment, I believe DReps need to be selective. My priority is to support scoped proposals that maintain essential public goods, open-source infrastructure, developer tooling, self-hosting capability and the technical rails Cardano builders rely on.
Dolos fits that framework.
I view this proposal as one of the stronger TxPipe maintenance proposals because it supports decentralised access to chain data and gives developers another practical infrastructure path. It is not a broad speculative growth proposal. It is a focused maintenance and enhancement request for a useful open-source data-node layer.
I also view it positively that the proposal is modest in size compared with many other live treasury requests and is structured through the 2026 treasury management framework, with Intersect administration, oversight controls, milestone-based disbursement and community auditability.
There is some overlap with existing API and data-access providers such as Blockfrost, Koios, Ogmios and Kupo-style tooling. However, I see that overlap as part of the value rather than a reason to reject it. Cardano should not depend on a narrow set of infrastructure access points. More self-hostable, open-source and interoperable options make the ecosystem stronger.
For these reasons, I consider this a responsible and proportionate use of treasury funds.
I vote YES.

I vote YES on this proposal because Dolos is useful open-source Cardano data infrastructure that helps builders access chain data without always needing heavier full-node setups or relying only on hosted APIs. The request is relatively small compared with the current 350M ADA Net Change Limit, and it funds bounded maintenance rather than a speculative new product. I also see TxPipe as a trusted ecosystem contributor, and maintaining developer infrastructure fits well with Cardano’s long-term needs. My support is not unconditional: future funding should show clearer usage metrics, concrete adoption, and measurable impact so the treasury can keep prioritizing the most valuable public-good infrastructure.

The ₳541K request to keep Dolos going makes sense considering it's a lightweight, resource-efficient data node that supports multiple API protocols.
That said, the proposal doesn't quite show how Dolos stands out or adds more value compared to existing solutions like Blockfrost or full nodes that are enhanced by Hydra and Layer 2 scaling. For future funding to be justified, we need stronger proof of Dolos’s adoption, performance, and real impact on the ecosystem. If there's no clear differentiation or solid usage metrics, ongoing funding could just lead to more duplication instead of promoting strategic consolidation and efficiency.
The budget seems reasonable if Dolos can continue to fill a specific niche, but I would expect clearer KPIs and a comparison to the alternatives next time. Treasury funds should create real value and not support redundant infrastructure.

TxPipe is among the companies that in my opinion have extracted more than enough profits from the Cardano ecosystem and shouldn't be funded anymore.
