予算の確認に費やす時間と労力はとても大きくなっています。
見直すべきことはたくさんありますが、まずはCardanoの歩みを止めないことが重要です。

I think it is reasonable to set a budget for the inflow.
However, after next year, I think it would be better to wait for the 2025 evaluation before deciding on the budget.
流入額に応じた予算の決定は妥当に思います。しかし、来年以降は2025年の評価を待ってから予算を決める方がいいと思います。

I do not think it makes sense to decide on the NCL for 2026 when even this year's budget cannot be decided smoothly. Depending on the DReps, there might be an extra budget for 2025. Or it might not be enough. I think we should concentrate as much as possible on the 2025 budget first.
