While the amount is excessive I am "pro" this initiative. If you are concerned about the NCL there are more excessive proposals that target only (important) maintenance and should rather be questioned imho.

While I like what the proposal offers I once again think the amount asked for is outrageous - therefore abstain

I rather like more specific proposals and since I abstained on the maintenance budget, my yes goes here for lower barrier developer experience which will hopefully overall help the chain long term

That's a no brainer for me to reimburse a loss that happened due to a error in the code

I think rewarding CC members is necessary in the long run. But 200k per member for one year is excessive even at current ADA price levels.

DeFi liquidity is needed in Cardano and therefore we support this initiative.

While I do like the general idea of treasury withdrawals as loan I am not convinced by this particular one. I think that listing on CEXs (general acceptance of CNTs) whould either be with the projects themselves (and paid from their revenue) or by the CF (which they are starting to do). Furthermore important details are missing:

• Where does the revenue come from to repay the loan?
• What are the KPIs to measure "success"?
• What happens when the loan defaults?

This said, I am voting NO here

After thoughtful consideration and in-person talks with the project during RareEvo I decided to switch my vote to "yes" although the proposal might not pass anyways. The team is experienced and will bring real value (as in TVL) to Cardano right at launch. While I still think the amount they ask for is too high it is acceptable in comaprison to other withdrawals. HAUS would be one of the first, if not the first, real usecase RWA on Cardano and could very well act as an ice breaker for more instituatial investors and real life projects.

Having $snek listed on CEXs should not be funded by the treasury but by the project itself.

After in-depth discussions during RareEvo and an analysis of the proposal, I have reconsiderend and decided to change my vote from 'abstain' to 'yes'.
