    I love the idea as a quite a likely profitable investment. I would be willing to take a position in this as an individual. However as a DRep, I see this as a commercial entity and not a public good, nor infrastructure for the ecosystem as a whole. This is a business/financial venture and should be financed by risk capital, not public monies. Sorry, have to vote against.
