I like the casting (all entities together), the ambition (long term liquidity, focusing on engineering of bridges/infrastructure) and the amount requested relative to the size of the task.

All of this being said, this is a large amount of capital and the deliverables are not extremely clear. I will be monitoring the output of this very closely and vote accordingly the next time.

It is extremely important to me and to my delegators that the treasury is used wisely and efficiently: not delivering or not communicating will have very clear consequences on my next votes.

Supporting decentralized infra and mobile governance aligns with my values as a DRep. The budget is reasonable and the roadmap includes meaningful features like a lending pool. I vote YES, while encouraging a clearer roadmap, more transparency, and strong safeguards to prevent misuse of the lending system.

GovTool is essential infrastructure: it's how ADA holders register, delegate, vote, and track outcomes. To keep governance open and accessible, we need to allow the tool to improve, stay secure, and scale with usage.

The requested amount is reasonable given the scope, and it aligns with my manifesto: support for core infrastructure with conservative use of treasury funds.

I am voting Yes because we should be cautious for this first governance experiment. Setting a 200M ADA NCL allows us to start tight, protect the Treasury, and fund essential growth responsibly. This approach gives the community time to mature its budgeting and auditing processes.

The treasury should be handled with extreme care: a stringent Net Change Limit (NCL) will enforce rigorous evaluation funding proposals.

We believe that this is very positive for the ecosystem as it will protect its most important asset: ADA.

We agree that the NCL should not be a % but an absolute value in ADA for now: it will make it simple, readable and predictable.
