I vote Yes. This proposal strengthens governance continuity by adding an extra Constitutional Committee member, reducing the risk of delays if a member becomes inactive. It respects the Cardano Constitution, CIP-1694, and prior governance actions, and supports a resilient, permissionless governance process.

I support this Governance Action. It provides a necessary extension of the 2025 Net Change Limit to ensure uninterrupted and constitutionally compliant Treasury operations. The proposal maintains the original spending cap, respects Article IV of the Cardano Constitution, and prevents a governance gap that would block valid Treasury Withdrawal actions after Epoch 604. Extending the NCL through Epoch 612 preserves continuity, safeguards Treasury management, and upholds the guardrails previously agreed upon by the community.

This proposal is urgent for the Cardano ecosystem as a whole!

I fully agree with the refund of the deposit due to an error in the initial governance action, which made it impossible to return the funds.

I support this initiative from the Cardano Foundation to register the .ada and .cardano gTLDs with ICANN.
