YesBlockfrost's transformation to not-for-profitDecided epoch 646View rationaleExpired1mo ago
I am voting YES to fund Blockfrost's transition to not-for-profit. It's an expensive ask, though I believe many ecosystem participants use Blockfrost in various capacities. I built the Cardano's first token claim system on Adosia using Blockfrost prior to cofounding DripDropz, so I strongly believe Blockfrost to be advantageous and beneficial to DevX.
AbstainCardano Builder DAODecided epoch 646View rationaleExpired1mo ago
I am voting ABSTAIN on the Cardano Builder DOA. It's a great initiative and would likely be helpful to struggling projects, though I beleive the structure is fundamentally flawed. Private voting among self-interested parties enables projects to linger which otherwise should, for the greater health of the ecosystem, fail more quickly. The first pass of Builder DOA did not live up to an ROI promise in magnitude comparable to the size of funds requested, which I believe is reflected in the current voting sentiment.
YesWithdraw 120,000,000 ada for AlphaGrowth’s Cardano PRIMEDecided epoch 650View rationaleEnacted1mo ago
I am voting YES on Withdraw 120,000,000 ada for AlphaGrowth’s Cardano PRIME. As an entrepreneur I believe we've lost DeFi. That being said, the best DeFi minds in our ecosystem beleive this will be beneficial and give us a real shot at winning, so we owe it to the ecosystem to try. And if we fail here to capture meaningful DeFi market then that's the indicator for the ecosytem to aggressively pursue adotion outside of DeFi.

YesWithdraw 4,969,231 ada for Cardano Enterprise Adoption: Ticketing PlatformDecided epoch 646View rationaleExpired1mo ago
I am voting YES to Withdraw 4,969,231 ada for Cardano Enterprise Adoption. This is a good bet at market fit with an established company to mitigate risk. This proposal positions for a real shot at adoption while helping to keep the Anvil team fed through the bear. Go get 'em Cash.

I am voting YES to Withdraw 540,750 ada for UTxO RPC by TxPipe. UTxO RPC provides a standardized interface for developers to interact with UTxO-based blockchains. This is essential to dev-x.

NoWithdraw 3,961,538 ada for Bringing Real-World Payments to Cardano with WirexDecided epoch 645View rationaleExpired1mo ago
I am voting No on Withdraw 3,961,538 ada for Bringing Real-World Payments to Cardano with Wirex. As a competitor I would vote abstain but as an expert I vote no because the proposed approach is naive as a go-to-market for Cardano and thus an absolute wasted spend.
NoStrike Finance Liquidity DeploymentDecided epoch 644View rationaleExpired1mo ago
I am voting No on the Strike Finance Liquidity Deployment. Strike has moved away from on-chain transparencies in favor of user experience. While I strongly believe in prioritizeing user experience, I also believe scaling a financial business utilizing public funds requires transparency and risk mitigation. If Strike wants to purusue scaling via treasury funds, it's only fair to the ecosytem we mitigate that risk via inspection (third-party audit of backend financial mechanics and health)
YesEternl: Path to Sustainability - v2Decided epoch 645View rationaleEnacted1mo ago
I am voting YES Eternl: Path to Sustainability - v2. Eternl is integral to the Cardano power user. Emurgo should vote yes too now that they no longer have a wallet.
YesReimburse Ikigai Info Governance Action Deposit.Decided epoch 643View rationaleExpired2mo ago
I am voting YES to reimburse Ikigai. It's the right thing to do.
YesReduce the committeeMinSize parameter from 7 to 5Decided epoch 643View rationaleEnacted2mo ago
I am voting YES to Reduce the committeeMinSize parameter from 7 to 5. Requiring a min committee size of 7 given the current lack of interest and compensation creates significant additional risk for governance stall. 5 is a better number and leaves the community with room to operate in the face of one or two resignations.
YesIO: HydraDecided epoch 643View rationaleEnacted2mo ago
I am voting YES on the IO Hydra proposal. I appreciate IO resubmitting this proposal as a standalone, and beleive Hydra to be an important component in addressing the pieces required for adoption-driven products
YesCardano Vision 2026: Human Centred, Scalable, Post Quantum Secure - IO ResearchDecided epoch 637View rationaleEnacted3mo ago
I am voting YES on supporting the Cardano Vision 2026: Human Centred, Scalable, Post Quantum Secure - IO Research proposal. The research and output scope is broad such that we will receive many outputs from funding this reserarch. Aligning for quantum resistance is critical. \n
I would have prefered IOR engage the community to align strategy, as much research is not exactly relevant near term given the current economic landscape of the Cardano ecosystem. Research initiatives should be driven by specific demand and linked to specific market requirements or/or risk mitigations and timelines of relevant market scope potentcy/applicability. Strategy matters a great deal and I feel like IOR could have done a much better job at engaging the community there.
NoCardano at TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026: Top-Up ‘Title’ Sponsorship UpgradeDecided epoch 635View rationaleExpired3mo ago

AbstainCardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 SingaporeDecided epoch 630View rationaleExpired4mo ago
I am voting ABSTAIN to support the Cardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 Singapore proposal. We absolutely need these events to to happen, though I would most certainly personally benefit as I would work position two vending machines - one that enables Hydra based gamification and the other enabling Cardano+Bitcoin payments.
YesPebble + Gerolamo - HLabs 2026 BudgetDecided epoch 628View rationaleExpired4mo ago
I am voting YES to support the Pebble + Gerolamo - HLabs 2026 Budget proposal. While node diversity is important (see previous rationales), this node variation will equip the ecosystem with valuable latitude to serve a new range of user experiences.
YesApprove Cardano Foundation as New Managing Entity of Project CatalystDecided epoch 626View rationaleClosed5mo ago
I am voting YES to Approve Cardano Foundation as New Managing Entity of Project Catalyst because I am not retarded.
YesDingo: a Production-Grade Block Producer in Go by Blink LabsDecided epoch 625View rationaleEnacted5mo ago
I am voting YES on Dingo: a Production-Grade Block Producer in Go by Blink Labs. I very strongly believe we absolutely must prioritize market traction and protocol revenue above all else. That being said there is immense value in reducing costs associated with node development/maintenance and SPO infrastructure overhead. Node diversity also reduces the surface area of attack relevant to censorship resistance of Cardano. I also believe it critical to continue supporting great ecsoystem contributors. Reporting from the front lines of adoption, the Blink team has earned this one.
YesCardano Defi Liquidity Budget - Withdrawal 1Decided epoch 625View rationaleEnacted5mo ago
I am voting YES on Cardano DeFi Liquidity Budget - Withdrawal 1. I think deepening liquidity is important as well as strengthenig the footing of our home players. We will learn a lot from this initiative both on executiona and in revenue.
YesCardano x Draper Dragon: Orion FundDecided epoch 624View rationaleEnacted5mo ago
I am voting YES on Cardano x Draper Dragon: Orion Fund. I should abstain but this is too important. We have an existential gap in ecosystem funding. Catalyst is postponed and may never come back. Builder DOA will not produce the protocol revenue we need or investor-ready initiatives. Through my work with the Intersect Product Committee we have identified a dire need to enable multiple prongs of highly specialized ecosystem funding initiatives (Catalyst tried to do too much for too many). Draper Dragon fund addresses the tip of the spear and will ultimately get us our first Series A startup wins. Dreps who are nitpicking this proposal on the basis of imperfecton deserve to lose every last lovelace of delegation because they have demonstrated they are so damn out of touch with the ecosystem and too detached from the front lines to undersatnd WE DO NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF TIME - signed one of the few (count on one hand) Cardano entrepreneurs with a track record of launching a highly successful product that: 1) played to Cardano's unique strengths, 2) created millions of on-chain transactions and 3) helped keep some of the best community talent in the ecosytem working here. We are going Series A and very much want Draper Dragon in the ecosystem supporting us.
YesCardano Budget Process Framework (facilitated by Intersect)Decided epoch 623View rationaleClosed5mo ago

NoDeltaDeFi: Hydra Trading Infrastructure Budget (₳1,500,000)Decided epoch 610View rationaleClosed7mo ago
I am voting NO on DeltaDeFi: Hydra Trading Infrastructure Budget. First off, I love the work DeltaDefi is doing and think they should keep requesting funds. KPI dashboard makes a lot of sense but we have to nail KPIs first - a refined submission will come on chain in a few months this year. Also, please pursue funds from Builder DOA as they SHOULD be funding you guys - and also continue to socialize this initiative and come back with a hydra-focused infra budget if needed.

YesCardano 2030: Vision, Mission, Strategy Framework and KPIsDecided epoch 608View rationaleClosed7mo ago
I am voting YES to the Cardano 2030: Vision, Mission, Strategy Framework and KPIs. While I was involved extensively in facilitaing this vision process, I do not stand to personally benefit from its acceptance and thus do not see a conflict of interest in voting. This workstream is critally important to the ecosystem.

AbstainDefining the Cardano 2030 Vision & StrategyDecided epoch 590View rationaleClosed11mo ago
I am voting ABSTAIN as I currently serve the vice-chair of the Intersect Product Committee. Had the Author engaged the Product Committee, the Author would have been highly aware the Product Committee is already planning to solicit feedback via info action circa end of October. So what dREPS will see now is eseentially heavily incomplete work and have to spend valuable time voting again. This is a fantastic example of an attempt to make oneself feel helpful and special at the expense of progress. I recomend the Author attend a Product Committee meeting if they wish to be helpful relevant to Product Committee initatives
YesStablecoin DeFi Liquidity BudgetDecided epoch 589View rationaleClosed11mo ago
I am voting YES on the Stablecoin DeFi Liquidity Budget proposal. The existance of a tDAO governed by a broad selection of dreps capable of adding/removing administrators or even shutting down the tDOA and retuning funds back to the treasury is a critical component. I have witnessed firsthand the progression and depth of community collaboration associated with this initiative, and believe both the intent and administrative skillsets reuired for successful execution are present. While aspects may appear imperfect, the tDAO structure appears to support adaptive management. As there is much we will learn of great value from this initiative to further our path towards sustainability, the initial team is well-known and trusted (reputations are valuable), and YOYO, LFG fam.
YesBudget: ₳5M Loan for Cardano's Global Listing Expansion - Powered by SnekDecided epoch 587View rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted YES on the current proposal to fund the Snek. I am updating my vote vote to YES on the current proposal to fund a free Native Asset CDN for Cardano developers. My first instinct is the price tag seems steep for the value-add received. After speaking with community developers and projects I now better understand how some projects rely on this tech. That being said, projects should be self-sustainable, and I will be looking for the projects relying on NFTCDN to have become self-sustainable when when reconsidering additional funding. I think the other areas the proposal explores are interesting and deserving to test a wide array of ROI potential and OSC execution.

I have voted YES on the current proposal to fund IO Core development of Cardano. While I would like to see greater focus overall in Cardano budgeting, I appreciate IOs committment and furthering community ownership of core Cardano development. I understand decentralization of this particular component is nuanced and takes time. IO has served the Cardano mission well and albeit arguably costly, the output is both necessary to our course of action and has proven reliable.

I have voted YES on the current proposal to fund Midgard Optimistic Rollups. Cardano scaling initiatives will ultimately require a handful of viable and competitive L2/rollup solutions and Midgard by the Anastasia team is an excellent candidate.

I have voted YES on the current proposal to replace the Interim Constitutional Committee. I believe the committee members being enacted will serve Cardano well.
NoCardano GovTool Budget - 12 months full active maintenance and developmentDecided epoch 574View rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted NO on the current proposal to fund GovTool.
The proposal addresses areas well-beyond foundational maintenence, and into needs not yet defined by the community. Furthermore, lights-on maintenence should cost sub ~$50k anually with adequately scalable serverless infrastructure. GovTool failing to support CLI-based voting out the gate reveals a great deal of incompetance around Cardano governance and inconsideration for our community and ethos. Hard NO fam.

I have voted YES on the current proposal to fund Amaru.
A viable rust node has the potential to mitigate high development costs while increasing the censorship resistance of the Cardano mission.
YesCardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget - 275M ada Administered by IntersectDecided epoch 564View rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted YES on the current proposal to set the Cardano Blockchain Ecosytem budget to 275M ada.
While I do not support each individual proposal encapsulated, I do understand the absolute urgency in moving the ball forward.
There are a number of encapsulated initiatives I strongly believe should not be funded and will address those at the relevant treasury withdrawal stages.
I do believe core development, strategic scaling initiatives and Intersect should all be funded
No2025 Cardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget - 7.5M ₳ for community buildersDecided epoch 563View rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted NO on the current proposal.
The proposal author is unaffiliated with any of the projects initiatives being proposed and has not submitted this proposal on behalf of the stated budget administrator.
I find introducing this degree of bureaucracy unwelcome and both detrimental and disrespectful to governance process.
YesCardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget: Amaru Node Development 2025Decided epoch 563View rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted YES on the current proposal to fund Amaru.
I firmly believe our absolute top priority must be establishing ecosystem sustainability. While introducing new alternative block-producing nodes certainly entails potential to introduce delays in releasing mission-critical scalability components due to the necessity of maintaining compatibility across nodes, I believe the Amaru initiative is critical to solidifying the censorship-resistance of the Cardano mission and introduces a potential path for more cost-effective node development in the long-term. I also believe learnings from building out an alternative node inherently lend to improve the overall integrity of the existing Haskell node.
The Amaru team is solid, reputable and well-deserving of the immense responsibility.

I have voted NO on the current proposal to set the NCL to 300M Ada.
While I am an advocate for fiscal responsibility and firmly believe our absolute top priority must be establishing ecosystem sustainability, I have already voted YES to support the passing a 350M NCL.
I beleive it strategically short-sighted to limit our latitude for flexibility earlier than later when visibility is always more clear, hence I will be most critical when voting on treasurty withdrawal actions.

No2025 Cardano NCLDecided epoch 561revotedView rationaleClosed1y ago
I have voted NO on the current proposal to set the NCL to 200M Ada. I firmly believe we need to establish a fiscally responsible annual NCL, but timing matters. The current timeline in the relevant proposal does not lend the ability to guarantee continuous funding as it forces larger proposals to consider multiple and subsequent treasury withdrawal actions to achieve target annual budgets, which are not guaranteed to successfully pass. Furthermore, I have previously voted YES on a 350M NCL, an amount which I believe may be a necessary contingency to account for unexpected delays in scaling (Leios) by permitting the ecosystem latitude to focus on Praos enhancements.
