Objectives
I am doing testing and developent on cardano in all Testnets, working together with many other tool-providers to push cardano forward.
Motivations
I am a Ambassador/Developer/Tool-provider/SPO on Cardano since the ITN Testnet. Making Cardano to the best blockchain out there is my passion.

As a DRep, i have voted ✅YES for this proposal.
It clearly defines the timespan of the NCL: 'The 2025 Net Change Limit will begin at the start of Epoch 532 and continue for 72 epochs, finishing at the conclusion of Epoch 604 in December 2025'
It also defines what the NCL is - Its the total maximum amount we can withdrawal from the treasury during this time period. Independent from the inflow into the treasury via like tau or a treasury donation.
THIS IS A MAXIMUM LIMIT - similar to the guardrails!
This does NOT mean, that we have to spend all of that amount within the given timespan. The DReps are still voting on the Budget/Treasury Withdrawals that are coming along, and we DO NOT have to agree on all of them.
So the NCL is really a max. limit boundary per definition.
I support this proposal so we can move forward with the Budget and Treasury-Withdrawals.

As a DRep, i have voted ✅NO at this point in time, because we are lacking a fundamental definition about what this 'Net Change Limit' actually is. We need a written and approved text for that first. Is is just the Sum of all Treasury Withdrawals in a year? Is it the change of the absolute Treasury balance which also includes new inflow from tau taxes? When does a 'year' actually start? From the moment a proposal like this is voted on, from the first action doing a Treasury Withdrawal, from the moment the first Rewards are getting transfered? I'am sorry, but this is too unspecific for me.

As a DRep, i have voted ✅YES on the governance action gov_action1js2...fym0d7 'Decrease Treasury Tax from 20% to 10%'. The decision to set tau to 20% from the beginning was a wise one. It helped to build up a massive Treasury from the beginning, that was the idea behind the relative high value of 20%. So, now, years later, we have a massive Treasury. This action is within the guardrails, these guardrails were set in a wise way. I am in favour to reduce Tau to 10% to also put pressure on the expenses that are planned for the next year. Remember, we can always increase it back to 20% or even more if we like. The increase in staking rewards for delegators is a nice outcome of this change, we have to keep an eye on our delegators. We are a delegated proof of stake blockchain. I wanna see more people start staking on Cardano, not delegators leaving Cardano for other blockchains that may offer higher staking rewards.

As a DRep, i have voted ✅YES on the current info action. This roadmap sounds solid to me as it is written. I think the comments about paralellization are important, the node was not optimized in that manner forever. We all have modern CPUs, lets utilize there full potential. Multi-Node development is important yes, but please don't overdue it, would just slow down our upgrade path imo. I would have loved to read a mention about post-quantum research in there, but i also think this is out of scope for a 2025 roadmap. I don't see a blocker in this one atm..

As a DRep, i have voted ✅YES on the current proposal to enact and ratify the DELEGATE ENDORSED CARDANO CONSTITUTION. We may not be 100% there, but this version of the constitution is pretty damn good imo. We can always debate on small tweaks and updates in the future to have a V2 constitution, and than a V3 consitution, etc. But i don't see a blocker in this one atm..
