Motivations
With my personal and professional experiences I think if I become a Drep, I can support a lot of Cardano holders to chose the right proposals, especially it is relative to marketing field. I have over 08 years of experience in the Marketing field, specializing in Digital Marketing. I got MBA degree and currently, I am a full-time Lecturer at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, where I have the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with potential marketers. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong proficiency in various aspects of Digital Marketing. I possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in website development using WordPress, as well as implementing effective SEO strategies to optimize online visibility and drive organic traffic. There is no clear evidence that reducing the contribution to the treasury will increase the number of staking participants. This requires specific data and analysis instead of just relying on assumptions. The Cardano ecosystem needs more resources from the Treasury, not only to fund development projects but also to boost marketing, attract new users, and support liquidity for DApps. Reducing the treasury may slow down this process. A small increase in staking rewards will not bring significant changes to delegators, while investing heavily in ecosystem development will create real value, helping ADA increase in price in a sustainable way. We need to focus on long-term development instead of prioritizing short-term benefits.
