About
Objectives
I am an active physical researcher and a Doctor of Science. As a researcher who can be active on the world's front lines, I will do my best to ensure that academic-based Cardano can grow without taking high risks.
Motivations
A certain period of time has passed since the start of DRep, and I decided to run to convey the voices of delegators that cannot be picked up by the current PR. This policy is to avoid negotiations such as delegation competition with other DRep. Regarding Cardano activities, he has been active as a stake pool operator and has also worked on many projects at Catalyst. Basically, we are working on a project that is sustainable and provides a long-term product that serves as a prototype for Cardano's use cases.

I know that there is a potential conflict for NCL problem. However, even though this vote becomes to info action like, I would like to put YES for this proposal.
Reason 1 : This action was agreed by Charles in SNS. My main delegetors are almost always to encourage to Chales opinion.
Reason 2 : The centralized tactics is necessary for present Cardano situation. Therefore, such kind of large promotion should be performed by powerful partner like they.
From these reason, I put Yes in early stage of voting term and also put almost first priority to this. It would be affected to other GA until NCL voting make a result.

there is the practical issue that there is no developer that can fully absorb the risk of ADA price fluctuations. I am aware of concerns regarding the speed of development, etc. However, I believe that this would only be the case if an alternative development group with a proven track record were to propose it. In some cases, it is possible that the new group could negotiate with IO and Charles after the proposal is approved.

Proposal itself is good. Therefore, I don't like to vete No. However, the importance of this proposal for the current Cardano situation is not reached to vote Yes. So I want to put abstain vote in present.
